I've been developing software for embedded devices since 1996 and started using Linux personally in 1999. By 2006, I was developing embedded Linux devices professionally. Among other things OSS, I represented three of my previous employers on the Yocto Project Advisory Board and served as a member of the OpenEmbedded Board for several years. I am an honorary, Emeritus member of the YP Advisory Board.
